Welcome to The Miracle One. By booking a session, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive experience for everyone.

General Use

This website and its services are owned and operated by The Miracle One, including its divisions Miracle Memories (photography) and Miracle Market (artisan goods).

By using this site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information

  • Use the site and services respectfully

  • Not misuse, copy, or distribute content without permission

All content, images, and designs are the property of The Miracle One and may not be used without written consent.
 

Photography Services (Miracle Memories)

Booking & Payment

  • A signed contract and payment (retainer or full amount) are required to secure your session.

  • Sessions are not considered booked until both are completed.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time but will not affect already booked sessions.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Additional reschedules may require a fee.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of retainer.


Weather Policy

  • Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent.

  • If conditions are unsafe or not suitable, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.


Session Experience

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.

  • The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative participants, though every effort will be made to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience.


Image Delivery

  • Sneak peeks are delivered within 7 days.

  • Full galleries are delivered within approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on session type and season.

  • Images are delivered via a private online gallery.


Editing & Artistic Style

  • All images are edited in The Miracle One’s signature style.

  • RAW or unedited images are not provided.

  • Additional edits beyond the standard style may incur fees.


Image Usage

  • Clients may use images for personal use only.

  • Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited.

  • Credit is appreciated when sharing online.

 

The Miracle One reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

Products & Orders (Miracle Market)


Handmade Nature

All items are handcrafted. Variations in color, texture, grain, and detail are natural and expected. These are not considered defects.

Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit or full payment before work begins.


Custom Orders

  • Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

  • Designs are created in Miracle Market’s artistic style.

  • Exact replicas of inspiration images are not guaranteed.

  • One round of minor revisions may be allowed before production begins.


Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks after payment and final approval.

  • Timelines may vary depending on demand and complexity.

  • Rush orders are not guaranteed.


Design Limitations

  • The Miracle Market does not create:

  • Copyrighted or trademarked designs without written permission

  • Offensive, inappropriate, or hateful content

  • Designs that do not align with brand values

  • Orders may be declined at the discretion of the creator.

Shipping & Pickup

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • The Miracle One is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Local pickup (if offered) must be arranged in advance.


Refunds & Cancellations


Photography

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Completed sessions and delivered galleries are non-refundable.


Products

  • Ready-made items may be eligible for return only if damaged upon arrival (must be reported promptly).

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.


Liability

The Miracle One is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages during sessions

  • Loss or damage caused by third parties (venues, shipping carriers, etc.)

  • Uncontrollable circumstances (weather, illness, emergencies)

In the rare event of photographer inability (illness, emergency), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and content are owned by The Miracle One.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Use images for commercial purposes without written permission


Communication

By submitting forms or booking services, you agree to receive communication related to your session, order, or inquiry.

You may also opt into newsletters or updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website and services indicates acceptance of any changes.
