Custom Order Guidelines
A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required before work begins.
Custom orders are final sale due to their personalized nature and cannot be returned or refunded.
Design Process
Designs are interpreted in Miracle Market’s artistic style.
Exact replicas of inspiration photos are not guaranteed.
Minor variations are part of the handmade process and should be expected.
Design Limitations
No copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarked designs unless written permission from the intellectual property owner is obtained and provided.
No offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
Designs may be declined if they do not align with Miracle Market’s values or style.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from payment and final approval of custom order request & design.
Rush orders may be declined depending on current workload.
